• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Registration by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

432 h may request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

432 h supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳50.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• The name on your deposit payment method must match the name on your account.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes of your request (during peak hours, this may take up to 24 hours).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

All betting decisions on 432 h are final and binding. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.

• Odds at 432 h may change at any time. The odds in effect at the time a bet is placed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a live betting market closes after a match has started, any related bets will be considered void.
• 432 h reserves the right to void any bets resulting from abnormal odds caused by a technical error.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scores or results, data from an internationally recognized sports data provider will be considered final.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 5x to 30x — please refer to the specific offer for full details.
• Bonuses not used within the specified time frame after being credited will be automatically removed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• 432 h reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

• Hacking an account or gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system or odds algorithm.
• Collecting bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using scripts, bots, or any automated software to place bets.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to obtain funds.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

432 h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly where a breach of rules, fraud, or irregular betting patterns is detected.

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be returned, but your bonus balance will be forfeited.
